Pursuant to S12 of the 2014 Act. I am making a request to you in writing for a Freedom of Information request as a Panel Member of the International Protection Office (IPO) in relation to the following specific particulars: Any communications between the IPO and DPER between January 2024 and present day, as regarding any Panel Member payment increases/decreases to include any submissions made by the IPO on behalf of Panel Members regarding payment amounts for Panel Member work at the IPO and to include any decisions or communications, submissions and/or sanctions which were made by DPER to the IPO regarding same, specifically to include any sanctions/communication made by DPER to the IPO dated on or about 24th September 2025.
