The Effort Sharing Regulation proposed in July 2016 and which became legislation in May 2018 (Regulation (EU) 2018/842 ). I am seeking any records on this topic, such as meeting notes (agendas, briefing notes, speaking notes, minutes), correspondence (internal correspondence, correspondence with other government departments or with interest groups), reports and memos. I am looking for records between July 2016 and December 2017.
