All records concerning: 1.the manner of their appointment and reappointment, 2.the terms and conditions of appointment, 3.the manner and method of remuneration 4.records of expenses, costs and outlay sought and paid to each 5.records of the Code of Practice (COP documents) the Irish Coast Guard requires these officers to follow and implement 6.records of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP documents) the Irish Coast Guard requires these officers to follow and implement 7.records of the continuous professional development and training undertaken by the holders of these positions with respect to marine incidents and marine casualties.
