Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a copy of any briefings, memos, reports, submissions, Q&As, or other such overview/discussion documents prepared with regard to the current status of the review of the FOI Act. This request to cover the period 1 June 2024 to date. - a copy of any correspondence received by the CPU with regard to the use of Section 32 of the FOI Act for the redaction of the names of staff members of public bodies along with the response that issued in each case during the same period. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format.
