Specifically, how many vehicles have been clamped/towed between January 1st 2022 and July 31st 2023. Can the records distinguish between what vehicle was clamped and what was towed. Can the data also include how much money was received in fines as a result of clamps/tows. Can the data also include how many clamps were damaged by people
