I am submitting an FOI request under the Act for all records in your Department recording discussions by you with your political advisers, the Secretary General of the Department and other relevant senior officials of any duty of care on you as Justice Minister, or on Minister Simon Harris when he was operating as Minister for Justice in your absence, to reach out to, consult with and take cognisance of the views of political parties in Northern Ireland of the potential impact on human rights and free speech on all the island of Ireland.
