1. All correspondence since 01/01/2023 between the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth or his department (at PO level or above) and Sheila Nunan on the following matters: a. The terms of reference for Ms Nunan's engagement as negotiator between the Government and religious orders on a financial contribution from such orders to the cost of mother-and-baby home redress; b. Ms Nunan's remuneration as negotiator; and details of any fees paid since her appointment on 23/05/2023; c. Ms Nunan's work as negotiator and her engagements with religious orders; d. Any updates on her work from Ms Nunan to the Minister or the department; e. Minutes of any meetings on this work between Ms Nunan and the Minister or the department. 2. Any records since 01/11/2023, or correspondence copied to the Minister or his department in that period on: a. The engagement of EY to work as financial experts for Sheila Nunan's negotiation; b. Any EY reports or updates for Ms Nunan on EY's work examining religious order assets; and any EY letters or emails to Ms Nunan on the same topic. 3. Any correspondence to Ms Nunan since 23/05/2023, from any of the religious institutions or orders that were involved in the running of mother-and-baby homes, namely: a. the Catholic primate of Ireland or his representatives; b. the Bon Secours sisters; c. the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul; d. the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary; e. Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd; f. the Sisters of Mercy or the Sisters of St John of God; g. the Legion of Mary; h. the Church of Ireland primate or his representatives or the Church of Ireland archbishop of Dublin. 4. Any correspondence to the Minister or his department (at PO level or above) since 23/05/2023, from any of the same orders or institutions: a. the Catholic primate of Ireland or his representatives; b. the Bon Secours sisters; c. the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul; d. the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary; e. Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd; f. the Sisters of Mercy or the Sisters of St John of God;
