The total expenses paid to each of those officials – the request is not seeking that the expenses payable be identified by name. Clarifications of what costs the officials had to pay from these payments. The duration of the attendance that is counted as normal working hours and the number of ‘overtime’ hours awarded to each official for their attendance.
