It has not been brought to our attention (attached) that our Banner Title has been substitutes, renamed, retitled or other. We were Not engaged by Tipperary County Council on this very serious matter and as a Member of The Press Council of Ireland we are profoundly concerned. ​We are seeking under Freedom of Information Legislation from your copy of All correspondences, internal or external hard-copy, email, phone calls, any digital or personal representations or other Applications to Tipperary County Council that have led to this substitution
