Regulatory Status - Confirmation of whether Helping Hand are registered charities in Ireland. - If registered, their respective charity numbers and any records of compliance, including annual reporting, regulatory filings, or enforcement actions. - If unregistered, any records of correspondence between these organisations and the Charity Regulator regarding their status. 2. Financial Records - A breakdown of donations received by each organisation, including total amounts per year. - Documentation detailing how funds have been allocated and expended. - Records of any bank accounts associated with these charities and financial transactions related to public donations. - Copies of financial audits, annual accounts, or reports submitted to the relevant regulatory body. 3. Complaints or Investigations - Records of any formal complaints lodged against Helping Hand concerning financial mismanagement or operational concerns. - Details of any investigations undertaken into the financial or operational conduct of these charities. - Any findings, conclusions, or regulatory actions arising from such investigations. 4. Governance and Management Changes - Records of any changes in management or governance structures within Helping Hand during the period 2021–2024. - Documentation outlining reasons for leadership or governance changes, where applicable. 5. Involvement of Waterford City Councillors - A list of past and present Waterford City councillors who have been directly or indirectly involved with any of these organisations. - Records of any financial contributions, board memberships, or official endorsements by councillors in relation to Helping Hand.
