Any records within the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications at the levels of Principal Officer, Assistant Secretary General, Secretary General, Ministerial Special Adviser, or Minister in the context of the Development of the National Development Plan and/or Climate Action Plan as to what was the best mix between private, rented, and social homes to be retrofitted under the National Retrofit Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, this request also includes any submissions, briefing materials, etc. prepared by other grades but submitted via the above mentioned grades to the Secretary General, Minister, or Special Advisers or to their Offices for the Secretary General, Minister, or Special Advisers.
