Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request the following records: Communication and correspondence to include emails, between Deputy Frank O Rourke to Minister Kevin Moran/and the OPW with regard to allowing vehicles to access Castletown House via Lime Avenue and Celbridge Main Street. Communications and correspondence, minutes of meetings, emails, reports and notes taken at meetings between Minister Kevin Moran, Deputy Frank O Rourke, Ms. Rosemary Collier, and Ms. Mary Heffernan of OPW with regard to Castletown House and access to Castletown House from Celbridge Main Street and Lime Avenue. Correspondence, communication emails, minutes of meetings, reports, and notes taken at meetings between Minister Kevin Moran and/or staff in his department and the OPW regarding Castletown House and access to Castletown House from Celbridge Main Street and Lime Avenue. I request these records for the period: 1st of January 2017 to 31st December 2020.
