In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the Department dated between September 1, 2024, and the date of this request: • Records of correspondence, reports and memos, meetings and meeting notes between department officials (ranked at assistant secretary general and above, including ministers) and MSD (a.k.a. Merck Sharp and Dohme) on matters relating to taxation, exports, pharmaceutical supply chains, and discussion on international tariffs.
