Any correspondence between either the Minister and/or Sec Gen of the department and any of Permanent TSB, Ulster Bank, KBC Bank Ireland, AIB, and Bank of Ireland in relation to the sale or potential sale of non-performing loans to private equity funds or their regulated agents in Ireland (a.k.a. vulture funds). I would like to make this request for any records from February 1 2018 to the present day (15/08/2018).
