[1.] The Complaints Procedure required under Section 64(1) of the Taxi Regulation Act, all current work instructions, circulars or other documentation or instructions for implementing the procedure under this Act. [2.] Details of the Performance Indicators used to monitor compliance with internal procedures and the requirements of the Complaints Procedure required under Section 64(1) of the Taxi Regulation Act, and records of the performance against those indicators since March 1st 2023. [3.] Details of the number of complaints related to threats of violence or actual violence, customer assault or damage to customer property by PSV drivers broken down by number, any internal classification and month for the last five years. [4.] Details of enforcement action taken against PSV drivers as a result of complaints related to threats of violence or actual violence, customer assault or damage to customer property by PSV drivers for the last five years.
