Any reports, emails, and/or memos held by the Department of Integration and Immigration that pertain to security incidents at International Protection Accommodation Services (IPAS) centres during the period of October 2024 to March 2025 - at (1) an IPAS Centre in county Mayo, (2) an IPAS centre in county Mayo, and (3) an IPAS Centre in County Mayo. Incident reports submitted by the centre managers to the Department of Integration informing about fires, suspected arson attacks, and/or threatening and violent incidents between 01/10/2024 and 31/03/2025.
