1.Overall number of planning permission change of use applications to register a non-principal private residence as a short term letting received since July 1st 2019,number granted,number refused and the number still being processed.2. Number of notification forms received for principal private residences as short term lettings since 1st July 2019.3.Number of complaints received about suspected breaches of the regulations.4. Number of Enforcement Orders or warnings issued arising from breaches of the Residential Tenancies Act 2019 and subsequent regulations since 1st July 2019.5.Number of staff and budget assigned to short term letting regulation and copies of communications between the Council and Dept. of Housing,Planning and Local Government in relation to requests for extra resources arising from the new regulations on short term lettings.
