Any internal OPW memoranda, briefing notes, emails, or file notes recording: o Whether a valuation was ultimately commissioned; o The outcome of any such valuation; o A decision not to commission a valuation, if applicable. 4. If no valuation was commissioned, any records confirming that no such valuation or advisory report was obtained. For the avoidance of doubt, this request concerns records created, received, or held by the OPW from 1 August 2022 to 31 December 2023 relating to valuation of the Citywest facilities.
