I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me: all records, including emails, correspondence, minutes of meetings and any other relevant documents, relating to any claims made to the State Claims Agency [under the domain of the National Treasury Management Agency] pertaining to areas controlled and run by the Office of Public works, such as: heritage services, estate portfolio and flood risk management. I also request all records, including emails, correspondence, minutes of meetings and any other relevant documents, relating to any claims that have been both paid and unpaid to interested parties since 2008 and claims that have been challenged. I also ask that any information, documents or emails regarding the legal costs to the National Treasury Management Agency [State Claims Agency] of legal action taken against them in order to secure claims. I also request all records, including emails, correspondence, minutes of meetings and any other relevant documents, relating to discussions with the Minister for State for OPW and Flood Relief, Sean Canney, be included.
