Social Housing Investment Programme – Acquisition of properties for Social Housing use circulars, or similar circulars relating to cost guidelines and applicable procedures for the acquisition, by housing authorities, of houses and apartments for use as social housing units, provided by the Minister to the Council from 2008 to present. Any other guidance, directive, circular or document made available by the Minister to Tipperary County Council as to how much in Traveller accommodation funding they are entitled to apply for per year (including whether there is a maximum figure per year), and what the criteria are for decisions taken in response to such requests. Documentation, communication or else relating to any effort of Tipperary County Council to source, buy or build Traveller accommodation or standard accommodation in or around Nenagh from 2008 to present.
