• All diary entries in your possession of meetings with the then Attorney General prior to the Minister's written request where she requested the JAAB to convene a meeting for recommending a person or persons for judicial office and details of all persons you were personally acquainted with prior to the appointment being made; • Copies of all correspondence to JAAB for such purpose; • Copies of all diary entries in relation to meetings where judicial appointments were discussed; • Copies of your Data and Privacy Policy in relation to data which came in to your possession and how you disposed of it; • Copies of all representations received by the Minister from people seeking appointment to judicial office. The period for which this information is being sought is limited to the period of Minister McEntee's tenure as Minister for Justice.
