Refined Request: • The section in question is the road at the pedestrian crossing at Palmer Park and 11 and 12 Newbrook Estate on Taylor's Lane. • The section is the "raised surface" at the pedestrian crossing at Palmer Park and 11 and 12 Newbrook Estate on Taylor's Lane. See attached images for junction and traffic light highlighted (Image 5) on this map for main focus area. • The Records concerned refer to records confirming the function and purpose of the elevated/raised surface at this junction • The section of the Council to which this request refers is the Planning and transport department, traffic management, traffic calming, under a section 38 • Timeline: Initial planning records and implementation records for the construction of this raised surface in 2011 and records specifically for resurfacing works in 2018 and any other maintenance records at said junction or on this raised surface. • Scope: Records which demonstrate something, ie: purpose of structure, consultation process(if any), engineers reports, planning reports etc.
