A copy of each document sent by or on behalf of the RTÉ Audience Council to the Minister during the period 1st January 2010 to the present date (20th July 2023) inclusive. This covers the full period since the Audience Council was placed under a statutory basis in the Broadcasting Act 2009. The request covers documentation submitted by the Council as part of its obligations under the Broadcasting Act 2009, 96 (16), relating to annual reports made by the Council to the Minister as well as any special reports requested by the Minister during this period. It also encompasses any other communications from the Council to the Minister separate to these specific obligations.
