Copies of any correspondence between your department and either the Dept of Justice or the Data Protection Commissioner with regard to the provision of a new headquarters for the Office of the DPC. - copies of any submissions, memos, briefings, or other such review/overview documents prepared or submitted to the Dept with regard to provision of a new HQ for the DPC. Both parts of this request to cover the period 1 July 2019 to date of receipt of the request. I understand a location has now been decided upon so the exemption at Section 29 no longer applies to most, or all of the records.
