​I am requesting access to records held by Tipperary County Council regarding road surface defects and subsequent claims for the period 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2025. I specifically request the following: Reported Defects: Annual totals of reported road surface defects (potholes) for each calendar year in the requested period of your council, including a breakdown by area/street if held in a database format.(Roads)Repair Rates: Records indicating the number of these reported defects that were successfully repaired/closed out in each year.(Roads)Financials: The total annual budget allocated and the actual expenditure recorded for "reactive" or "emergency" road repairs for each year. (Roads)Liability Claims: * The number of claims for vehicle damage allegedly caused by road defects submitted to the council.The number of such claims that resulted in a settlement or compensation payment.The total annual cost to the council for these compensation payouts.(Corporate) I would prefer to receive this data in an electronic format (e.g., Excel or CSV) to minimise processing time.
