Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request access to the following records held by the Office of Public Works regarding the building formerly known as the Cabra Intreo Office (Navan Road): 1. Occupancy Agreements: A copy of the current Service Level Agreement (SLA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), or lease agreement between the OPW and An Garda Síochána regarding this specific site. 2. Extension Records: All formal requests, internal briefing notes, or decision logs created since January 2024 that authorize or justify the continued occupation of this building by the Gardaí beyond the original "temporary" period. 3. Vacation Timeline: Any records, project plans, or correspondence identifying the proposed exit date for An Garda Síochána or any "Decant Plan" for moving these units to a permanent location. 4. Property Evaluation: Any report or memo produced in the last 24 months assessing the suitability of this building for return to the Department of Social Protection.
