Within the area described in the Tipperary Town & Environs Development Plan 2013, please provide with respect to each commercial or industrial property where rates may be levied by the Council, but where the payable rates were reduced or waived by the Council during 2018: 1. The rateable area in square metres or square feet of each such property; 2. The amount of potential rates income in Euro that was foregone by the Council for each such property as a result of any reduction of rates or waiver of rates; and 3. The reason in respect of each property why such reduction or waiver was granted. No identifying information of any property or property owner is sought in this application.
