Copies of all correspondence, memos and documents held within the Department relating to court proceedings undertaken by former Minister Alan Shatter regarding the report carried out by Sean Guerin; copies of all indemnities given to Sean Guerin for the court proceedings; copies of all fee notes issued by A&L Goodbody related to their representation of Sean Guerin; all fee notes issued by counsel for the High Court and Court of Appeal Hearings and receipts received for fees paid to date; and all documents relating to expenditure discharged by the Department for work undertaken in Sean Guerin's inquiry.
