A record of correspondence between the HEA and then-UL vice president (research) Dr Mary Shire regarding the university’s Higher Education Strategic Infrastructure Fund (HESIF) application relating to plans to expand the university to a site in Limerick city, dated April 1, 2019, to May 31, 2019.
