...wish to request details on the number of farmers receiving Hen Harrier payments for the past 4 years within the xxxxxx and xxxxxx areas of Co. Clare. I would also like to request the names of these farmers if possible but if not then numbers will suffice. • We could draw a buffer around a point at those two locations, for example a circle of 3km radius. We could then include those lands that are farmed by the participants in the project in the years requested that are within those circles. This approach could either include or exclude lands farmed by those participants outside of the defined circles.
