Request relates to obtaining records relating to the proposed sale of a legacy Institute of Technology Dublin (DIT), property at Kevin Street. The records requested were the minutes of all Board meetings in relation to the sale, minutes evidencing whether the Board and team commissioned to manage the sale process had disclosed in writing any conflicts of interest that may exist arising from past or present professional relationships between Board members and other bidders, the register of members’ interests in relation to the sale process of Kevin Street, and all and any other evidence of compliance in connection with sale of the Technological University (formerly DIT) Kevin Street.
