All records (including country of origin information) relied upon by the Minister or consulted by the Minister before designating South Africa as a safe country by SI 121 of 2018 relevant to the said designation. 2. All records in relation to whether there has been any review pursuant to section 72(5) of the International Protection Act, 2015 of South Africa's said designation (by SI 121 of 2018) as a safe country. 3. If there has been such a review pursuant to section 72(5) all records in relation to the number and frequency of such reviews(s) and when it/they took place. 4. All records relied upon the Minister or consulted by the Minister in conducting any such review(s) pursuant to section 72(5).
