aCtoivueld we please request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014: -The total sum of waivers of Derelict Sites Levies owed in each of the last 5 years -The total number of units this pertained to -The total number of units for which documentary evidence was received that proved that payment of outstanding levies would cause undue financial hardship to the property owner -The total amount collected in levies in each of these years -Any correspondence with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage between the relevant official (Vacant Homes Officer/Town Regeneration Team Lead or Director of Housing, whichever is more appropriate) on the waiving of Derelict Sites Levies -The total outstanding cumulative amount owed in Derelict Sites Levies as it currently stands
