The OPW are preparing a Masterplan for state owned lands at Knockmay, IDA Business Park. The strategic Masterplan includes proposed uses such as: - Office accommodation with support facilities for various government and public service departments; - Warehouse accommodation for state file storage; - A vehicle testing centre. The change in zoning from Industrial to Enterprise and Employment is welcomed and will assist the OPW to deliver key government and public services on a strategically located site in the future Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 I am requesting to know any further information that is contained in the 'masterplan' for the IDA Business Park. I understand that the plan may not be finalised yet but if these points have been given as a summary, are there more plans for the business park available at this point? If so, I wish to see a copy of details of the 'masterplan'
