1. Records of assessments of applications by the Expert Advisory Panel and any correspondence relating to the decisions to award or withhold funding to any project for which an application was made under the GIMCF from its inception to date. 2. Any records relating to assessments of journalistic output produced with support of this funding so far or any assessment of how the funding has been used to date. I expect this to include assessments from the DFA Management Committee and the GIMCF and its advisory committee. Please include full records of minutes of any quarterly or annual reviews carried out by the Department and the Expert Advisory Panel. Please also include any correspondence with the media organisations on issues to do with GIMCF projects. 3. Records showing a breakdown of the total amounts granted each year by the GIMCF and which organisations that received those monies. I would also like any records relating to any decisions to recoup money that was previously granted. 4. Records showing how much each of the GIMCG advisory committee members have received for their work to date. 5. Records showing how much PHD Media has been paid for its work on the GIMCF to date. 6. A copy of each MoU agreed with media organisations to date.
