Re: Call - Outs of Dun Laoghaire Coast Guard Unit for Incidents Involving Kayaks on May 1st 2020 and 31st August 2020 all records concerning: 1.Call-outs and Coordinations for the above mentioned unit on the above mentioned dates for the above mentioned incidents 2.SitReps generated and transmitted for the above mentioned unit for the above mentioned dates for the above mentioned incidents 3.Input into SitReps. (a) The records of the status of all persons responsible for inputting information leading to the generation of said SitReps, and the COPs and SOPs used or required to be used for the input and transmission of such information. 4. Records detailing whether or not these SitReps were passed to the MCIB and how and when such records were passed to the MCIB SitReps refer to Situation Reports, COP refers to Codes of Practice, and SOPs refer to Standard Operating Procedures, or similar.
