I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain records related to the meeting held on 3rd October 2024 between the Tánaiste, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence Micheál Martin TD, and the UK Foreign Secretary, David Lammy. Specifically, I would like to request access to: 1. The full minutes of the meeting between the Tánaiste and the UK Foreign Secretary, including any briefings, notes, or summaries that outline the topics discussed. 2. Any documents, memos, or briefing materials prepared prior to the meeting for the Tánaiste's review, as well as any documents provided to the UK Foreign Secretary during the meeting. 3. Records of gifts (if any) exchanged between the Tánaiste and the UK Foreign Secretary, including descriptions, monetary value, and the entities from which they were sourced. 4. Any follow-up communications or correspondence between the Department of Foreign Affairs and the UK Foreign Office or other UK Government departments arising directly from this meeting. 5. Attendance list of the individuals present at the meeting, including the roles and affiliations of the attendees.
