All correspondence, meeting minutes, emails, or documentation referencing Palantir, Foundry, Peter Thiel, or any Thiel-affiliated companies (such as Palantir, Anduril, or Mithril Capital) in relation to Irish health data, public health policy, digital identity, or surveillance infrastructure. 3. Any internal assessments, data protection impact assessments, or ethical reviews relating to the use of Palantir software platforms in the handling of Irish health records or biometric data. 4. Any involvement of Palantir Technologies in programs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccine rollout, emergency planning, genomic tracking, or digital identity integration.
