I am requesting all Ministerial and department documents (including external and internal correspondence, meeting notes, briefing notes, WhatsApp messages etc) in respect of efforts by the Bar Council or barristers to restore/increase fees paid to counsel who conduct criminal cases on dates between August 1 to December 31 2022.
