Correspondence (letters and emails) and representations received from either the United States of America Embassy in Ireland, or the US Department of Foreign Affairs in relation to the case, status, and release to the US Navy of an individual who is part of the US Navy, who was arrested by the Gardaí on 22 March 2017 in connection with an alleged sexual assault in Dublin. All correspondence (letters and emails) sent by the Department, including the Minister, in relation to the case specified, that was either within the Department, to other Irish authorities or Government Departments, or to US authorities or embassies.
