I am requesting information about what rates if any you charge for hotels, B&B's, guesthouses or short term lets (i.e airbnb). How much many properties were subject to such rates in 2016 and 2017 (2018 also if possible) and how much did that yield in revenue? I am also requesting information on the amount of enforcement proceedings that your council commenced on short term lets in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Further I am requesting information about any properties that were granted or refused planning permission to be used as short term lets since 2016 and what contribution towards public services if any they were asked to pay as part of their planning permission.
