The number of complaints received in 2019, 2020 and 2021 relating to each of the following categories:- 1. Dangerous driving by holders of PSV licences - hate speech by holders of PSV licences 2. The number of investigations initiated in each year in respect of these complaints 3. The number of licences revoked in each year as a result of the above investigations.
