Department of Children, Disability and Equality

The contract between Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth ("DCEDIY") and the designated signatory of Property, as well as all and any correspondence of that or any entity pertaining to an establishment of entitlement to deal with DCEDIY or any Gov't agency or parastatal with respect to the UTA deployment upon Property; All details of the planning permission attained for the UTA deployment proposed upon Property; DCEDIY's plans, specification and standards for the housing of Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection at the UTA deployment proposed upon Property; All details of the public procurement process for the construction of the housing of Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection at the UTA deployment proposed upon Property. In the event that details of the public procurement process for said proposed deployment are either not available or that the public procurement process was not followed, rationale for not following public procurement rules will suffice; All details of the environmental impact assessment or study conducted with respect to the UTA deployment proposed upon Property. In the event that details of said assessment or study are either not available or were not undertaken, rationale for not undertaking same will suffice.
