Do the OPW plan to further engage/consult with the public on the Lower Lee (Cork City) Flood Relief Scheme following the publication of an enormous amount of information in supplementary reports arising out of gaps in the original assessment? Do the OPW plan to further engage/consult with the public on the Lower Lee (Cork City) Flood Relief Scheme following the major changes to the particulars of the proposals previously advertised, in particular the additional proposal to pump groundwater in the City Centre as a strategy to protect against flooding?
