Any correspondence written or electronic, memorandum, guidelines between the Department and the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government in relation to Cost Benefit Analysis and Cost Effective Analysis on Housing Projects above €20m from August 1st 2018 to date. Essentially I am looking for e-mails, memos, guidelines etc. between the Department and DCC and the Department of Housing in relation to Cost Benefit Analysis requirements and Cost Effective Analysis requirements on proposed housing projects from last year to date.
