I am making the following request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I am requesting the following records which can include an invoice or other written or printed material in any form (including in any electronic device or in machine readable forms) of any purchase made by Louth County Council for a parting retirement gift and or retirement event/dinner for Louth Council Chief Executive, Ms. Joan Martin.
