Records of all correspondence relating to the code of conduct; protected disclosure(s); conflict(s) of interest; and the decision to hire the new CEO, between the governance unit, the unit that handles protected disclosures; and Ministers (including Ministers of State) at the Department of Transport and directors and the company secretary at the Port of Cork Company from 1 June 2023 to date. Directors to include the CEO, acting CEO, board members and chairperson of the board during that period. I do not wish to receive administrative correspondence related to, for example, the setting up of meetings.
