Pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request all records in relation to the Crowe Report including, but not limited to: • The decision to commission this report, the rationale behind it, who made this decision and when • Any instructions/terms of reference, by whom were they issued, to whom and when • All drafts of the Crowe Report submitted to the Dept, dates of submission, to whom and when they were circulated • Any comments made thereon, the dates of same and identities of the persons involved • What revisions were made to the various iterations of the Crowe Report • All correspondence between the Department and the Veterinary Officers Association in relation to this matter. This request was then further refined to: I wish to clarify that my request pertains to all Crowe reports.
