I am requesting the following under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, and under the Access to Information on the Environment (AIE) regulations, S.I. No. 133of2007:-- A list of requested legal and other supports (ie Traffic Signs Manual) supports the Cycle Design Manual.-- Any internal records (emails, memos etc) outlining why the department is unwilling to implement or has issues with supporting legal measures to support the Cycle Design Manual.-- All correspondence between the NTA and the Department regarding the legal and related supports for the Cycle Design Manual.
