(Where possible, can you please indicate the sites locations). 2. The amount of this land, registered on the Vacant Site Register. 3. The number of residential units/homes owned by the local authority, which are (a) occupied by tenants and (b) vacant. 4. The number of social & affordable houses which have been delivered by the local authority in each of the years above via - (a) construction by the local authority; (b) construction under Part V of the Planning and Development Act; (c) one off purchase by the local authority; (d) delivered by an approved housing body and (e) the long term leasing of residential premises by the local authority. 5(a) The yearly capital budget for housing construction and (b) the capital expenditure on housing construction. 6 (a) The number of people in receipt of a HAP payment, broken down by year (half year 2018). (b) The macro-cost of HAP payments per year.
